I am fortunate to have access to an HP ProBook 6570b.   This thing is about three years old and it’s a tank. The screen has a 1366 x 768 resolution.   The size, weight, and resolution would make it unsellable to any except the most set in their ways – standard focused- corporate purchaser.   It’s more of a throwback to laptops from the early aught’s than it is to the modern ultrabooks, Macbooks, and even atom based pc’s you can get at walmart today.

On the plus side I’ve never had a problem and it’s reliable.  As a matter of fact I’m writing this post on it now.

tools techniques and teams

This is a case of low cost + get’s the job done = good enough for now.  If I ever start generating enough revenue to justify it, I have to admit those Microsoft Surface’s look pretty sweet.

Tools, Techniques and Teams – Tools, Techniques and Teams  posts are designed to be a look behind the veil of this project.  The posts are about the tools i’m using, such as hardware, software, and services.  The techniques i’ve discovered to help process my workflow, and the team members i’m relying on to help me bring it all together.
